Dance Bangla Dance (DBD) is a Bengali reality show telecasted on the channel Zee Bangla. This dance reality show is popular all over West Bengal. People from West Bengal can perform in this show to showcase their talents and dance their hearts away.

Dance Bangla Dance Junior Audition 2023:

The management has also come up with Dance Bangla Dance Junior so that kids can also get a chance to perform, improve their skills and gain some experience. The DBD Junior is also aired in Zee Bangla Channel.

Parent’s can apply for the audition registration on behalf of kids. For online audition, the parents have to send dance video of their kids to the Whatsapp number that will be revealed in the next season of the dance reality show.

The auditions for DBD 2023 have started. If you love to dance and would like to show your talent to the world, you can also audition for the same. Interested candidates can apply for the show. For the DBD Junior, parents or guardians will need to apply. Before applying, one needs to keep in mind that he/she will be required to fulfil the eligibility criteria. Only then will they be allowed to apply for the auditions. Read the important dates of Audition:

Dance Bangla Dance Audition Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for DBD audition are as follows:

• Only candidates of the age group 15-30 can apply for the show. For DBD Junior, the age of the candidate needs to be between 4 and 14 years old.
• The applicant must be a resident of the state of West Bengal and is hence required to carry a domicile certificate.
• The candidate needs to understand, comprehend and speak Bengali fluently.
• All the candidates must carry their age proof during the auditions.
• The applicant must be an Indian.
• One needs to be both mentally as well as physically fit for the show.
• The candidate will not qualify for the audition if he/she fails to impress the judges. Therefore, you need to be good at dancing to be selected by the judges.

Dance Bangla Dance Audition Online Registration

• If you wish to apply for the show, you will need to go to the official Zee5 website. You may also download the Zee5 app for your convenience.
• On the homepage, you will be able to see the option for “DBD 2023 Registration”. Click on the option.
• The application form will appear on the screen. Fill it up with all the details asked for.
• Required details include your name, address, guardian’s name, phone number, email id, age, etc.
• After filling in all the required details, you will need to upload your age proof. For age proof, you can either submit your birth certificate or your class X admit card.
• Then you will be required to upload a video clip of your dance performance in the format prescribed.
• After filling up the form and uploading the aforementioned documents and video clip, click on ‘Submit’.

This way, your registration will be done.

As of now, the Judges for Season 12 has not been announced. However, we anticipate the same judges from last season will return. Mouni Roy will be permanent judge for Season 12. So, here are the judges for Season 12:

If you get selected for the audition, remember to carry these documents along with you:

• Domicile certificate
• Age proof (Birth certificate/Class X or secondary admit card)
• Aadhar card
• Passport size photograph

What After DBD Registration

Once you have registered for the show, your application will be thoroughly checked. If the team finds your dance video good enough to qualify for the audition then you will be contacted via email or the registered phone number. Hence, it is also advisable to upload a really good clip for the dance video or you may risk getting rejected for the audition.

After the initial registration and selection, shortlisted applicants will be required to appear for the audition. They will be contacted and given further information by the DBD tea through email or phone.
