The Duare Sarkar camp schedule for Phase 3 has been announced by various Districts. Every district notifies their local bodies to conduct the Duare Sarkar camp. However, the district authorities announce the starting date and last date of Duare Sarkar Camp.

What is Duare Sarkar Prokolpo?
Duare Sarkar is an opportunity provided by the West Bengal government to the residents of West Bengal for delivery of specific schemes of the state government at the doorsteps. This is done by organizing camps at gram panchayat and municipal ward level.

দুয়ারে সরকার কি?
দুয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্প মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা ব্যানার্জির একটি নতুন উদ্যোগ. দুয়ারে সরকার কর্মসূচি নিয়ে বিভিন্ন পাড়াতে ক্যাম্পের আয়োজন করা হয়. এই ক্যাম্পগুলোতে সরকারি সুবিধা পাওয়ার জন্য আবেদন করা যায় এবং বিভিন্ন সহযোগিতা পাওয়া যায়. করোনার জন্য বিভিন্ন সরকারি অফিস বন্ধ থাকাতে সাধারণ মানুষ বিভিন্ন সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হয়েছিলেন. এই ক্যাম্পের মাধ্যমে তারা তাদের নিজস্ব এলাকাতে থেকেই সরকারি সুবিধা পেয়ে যাবেন. তাদেরকে কোন সরকারি অফিসে যেতে হবে না.
কোথায় এবং কিভাবে দুয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্পে যেতে হবে?
দুয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্প বিভিন্ন পাড়াতে অথবা অঞ্চলে হয়ে থাকে. এই ক্যাম্পের তারিখগুলো জেলা ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটের অফিস থেকে ঘোষণা করা হয়. সেই ডেট অনুসারে বিডিও অফিস অথবা পঞ্চায়েত অফিস থেকে সাধারণ মানুষকে জানানো হয়. আপনাদেরকে আপনাদের অঞ্চলের যেসব তারিখে দুয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্প অনুষ্ঠিত হবে সেখানে সেই তারিখে আপনাদের উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে. ক্যাম্পের তারিখ এবং কোথায় হবে সেই তারিখ আপনারা আপনাদের পঞ্চায়েতের কাছ থেকে জানতে পারবেন.

Documents to take before Duare Sarkar camp visit

There is no application form required for the Duare Sarkar Scheme. You need to be present in the camp with all your documents. After that, stand in the queue or collect your token. When your turn comes, ask the official about your grievance. There are different departments where you can contact based on your query.
Paray Samadhan Prokolpo
Paray Samadhan is another initiative by Mamata Banerjee govt which is clubbed with the Duare Sarkar Camp. The “Paray Samadhan” camp will be organized in nearby Locality level areas (like Para). The grassroot level of local administration (Panchayat) will inform the dates of Paray Samadhan camp. The Date List will be notified by the Local Panchayat authorities by announcement. Or you can contact the nearby Panchayat or Pradhan office.
