Here is the latest 2023 guide for Registration of a Marriage in West Bengal. Follow the step by step process given below, to get your West Bengal marriage registration certificate:

Step 1: First of all, you need to go to the official portal of the Judicial Department to register for the marriage i.e www.rgmwb.gov.in.

Step 2: From the homepage, scroll and click on the link “Register your Marriage” or click here directly.

Step 3: The application form will appear. The first page will ask you to fill in the details of the groom. After it is done, fill in all the details about the brie as asked for, on the second page. The details required are the name of the party, father’s name, state of residence, nationality, age, religion, mobile number, Aadhar card number, etc.

Step 4: On the next page, you will be required to provide details about the marriage. These include the venue booked, state, district, block, or panchayat within which the wedding took place, and so on. On this page, you will also have to enter the date of marriage and upload the marriage invitation card.

Step 5: On the next page, provide the details of the marriage officer.

Step 6: Complete filling in the details required to register for the marriage. Make sure to upload the scanned copies of the documents required and then click on the apply button.

Step 7: Once you are through with all the aforementioned steps, you will receive a certified copy of the marriage registration.
