The Scholarship scheme is adapted by more than 9 Universities, 250 Colleges, 55000 Primary and 7400 Secondary schools and 50 Engineering colleges in Rajasthan. Eligibility Criteria for Rajasthan Scholarship 2023:
The mandatory eligibility criteria that are applicable for all the different scholarship is that all the applicants must be permanent resident of Rajasthan. Besides this there are various eligibility criteria applicable for different scholarship. Applicants must have detail knowledge about the Eligibility criteria before applying for the Scholarship. Without the eligibility criteria the application of the candidates will get by the authority.
Different Types of Scholarship available for the Students of Rajasthan are listed below –
Post Matric & CM Scholarship
The students of the state of Rajasthan who are studying in class 1th to 12th and belong to SC/ST/OBC/EBC/SBC and DNT category are eligible to apply for this Rajasthan Scholarship 2023. This scholarship is conducted by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department of Government of Rajasthan and the main purpose of the scholarship are to provide financial support to economically weaker classes so that they can continue their higher studies. The scholarship provides the maintenance allowance and the fees of the student’s education.
Scholarship for SBC Students Rajasthan
This post-matric scholarship is provided to the students who are in post-secondary level (from class 11th to PG Degree) and belongs to the SBC category (Special Backward Class) are eligible to apply for this scheme. Candidates who cannot continue their higher studies after class 10th because of financial hindrance, this Scholarship will help them in covering their expenses.
Scholarship for SC Students Rajasthan
This scheme was first introduced on the 12th anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar in the purpose of providing financial support to the students who aims of pursuing PHD Program course or research course. The students will receive total 6 fellowships of Rs 15,000/- every month to all the enrolled students every year for the time period of 3 years.
Rajasthan CM Higher Education Scholarship
This Rajasthan Scholarship is functioned by the Department of College Education, Government of Rajasthan. Students who have cleared their 12th boards with at least 60% of marks and ranks in the 1lakh students in the merit list and their annual family income within 2.50 lakh are eligible to apply for this scholarship. This scholarship is merit cum means based scholarship and it provides Rs 5,000/- per year to the enrolled students.
Rajasthan Yuva Vikas Prerak Internship Program Scholarship
The students who have completed their Graduation, Post Graduation or in the final year of study or even pursuing Research programme course from a recognized University are offered this Internship Program under the State Government of Rajasthan. This program provides monthly stipend Rs 25,000/- and communication allowance of Rs 2,500 every month to the enrolled students.
