- Visit the official site and click on “Apply for Correction in the Existing Ration Card“.
- Enter your Card Category and mobile number.
- For changing the name on the Ration card, upload some documents that have your correct name.
- Uploading the document, the form is checked by authorization for verification.

- Go to the official Food Supplies Department website of your respective state.
- Then, you need to click on the “Check Application Status” button.
- Then, enter your ration card number, choose RC Category and Security Code as shown in the image below:
- Now, click on the Search button, your application status will be shown.
