Through this online portal people can directly book their sand related orders and they can even track their orders from the portal. People are not required to visit any office or there will be no involvement of the third party. The transparency of the business will be maintained and the Govt will directly get the profit. The customers will also not get exploited by the third parties and the quality of the sand will be maintained and it will also limit the exploitation of the rivers and the environment.
How to Make Registration on SSMMS Portal?
- Go to the official website of SSMMS which is sand.telangana.gov.in find the“Registrations” link under Menu bar and click on it.
- After that a dropdown list will display on the screen. Now choose the “Customer Registration” option from there.
- Now in the step of Customer registration applicants have to enter their mobile number in the specific field and then click on “Send OTP” and after that An OTP will reach in the mobile no. Now enter the OTP on the dialog box and confirm it.
- After the OTP submitted successfully a verification message will display on the screen.
Procedure for filling up TS Sand Sale Portal Application Form
- Visit sand.telangana.gov.in.
- Click on “REGISTRATION” link.
- Click on “CUSTOMER REGISTERED LINK”
- A list comprises of all the registered and verified customers will display.
- Enter registered mobile no to find the name
- Now check the verification and registration status.
Process to book Sand @ sand.telangana.gov.in
- Applicants have to first visit the official website of SSMMS which is www.sand.telangana.gov.in.

Tracking TS Sand booking order
There are four methods with which you can track your order –
- Visit the official website sand.telangana.gov.in.
- Now on the Homepage click the “Bookings” button.
- Now choose the “Track Your Order” option from the dropdown menu.
- Now applicants have to enter their Order Id and click on the “Get Status” button.
- After that the status of all the undelivered orders will display on the screen.
- Now enter your registered mobile no. to track the status the order.
Sand Vehicle Registration
- Go to the official website of TS Sand Online Booking at sand.telangana.gov.in.
- Click the “Registrations” link appear on the homepage.
- Now choose the “Vehicle Registration” option.
- After that the Vehicle registration form will appear on the screen.
- Now fill all the asked details correctly.
- And then click on the “register” option.
- After that the application for vehicle registration will be successfully submitted.
- After the registration is done successfully, a registration no. will be sent to the applicants. Now applicants are required to keep the registration number intact for future uses.
