Upper Age limit will be relaxable for SC, ST, OBC, PH category candidates as per the following table:

Monthly Salary of Clerks in West Bengal

As oer the new pay scale ROPA 2019, the clerks recruited under West Bengal PSC, will get basic pay of Rs. 22700/-
Along with this, DA, HRA, Medical Allowance etc. will also be added.
So, gross salary will be somewhere around Rs. 30,000 /-.

Important Notes related to PSC Clerkship Recruitment
- Reservation of seats will be offered to ST/SC/OBC candidates. Its compulsory for candidates to be a permanent residence of West Bengal.
- Candidates those who belong from other states will be called as unreserved candidates
- WBPSC also provides Seat Reservation for all the ex-servicemen who have completed their service in UAF (Union Armed Force). Candidates should have served in UAF for at least 6 months in order to be applicable for reservation.
