West Bengal SSC has published wrongly recommended candidates list for 1st SLST Class 9-10 Teachers. The link to download the WBSSC Wrongly Recommended Candidates List is available on the official website, www.westbengalssc.com.
High Court of Calcutta has ordered the West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) to release the list of illegally appointed candidates within 24 hours. On 1st December 2022, the list of 183 & 80 candidates who were recommended wrongly, was announced by the Commission. The WBSSC has uploaded the PDF file on the official website www.westbengalssc.com.

As per Calcutta High Court’s order details of 40 candidates of 1st SLST for classes IX –X, 2016 has been released. The List can be downloaded below.
SSC SLST 2016 Class 11 12 List of Wrongly Recommended Candidates
The honourable Court has also directed SSC to release the list of wrongly recommended teachers of Class 11 – Class 12. The list of wrongly recommended candidates will be published in a PDF file.
The date of release of wrongly recommended candidates has not been notified by the West Bengal School Service Commission. We will update once there is any update on the matter.
WBSSC Wrongly Recommended Candidates List 2022 SLST 2016 for Class IX – X Teacher
As per the notification with respect to the memo number 1613/L-3718/CSSC/ESTT/2022:
“The list of 183 wrongly recommended candidates in connection with 1st State level Selection Test for the posts of Assistant Teachers (except Hill Region), for classes IX –X, 2016 published in compliance to the order of Hon’ble Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay , High Court, Calcutta dated 01.12.2022 in WPA-13700 of 2021: Setab Uddin and ors –vs – State of West Bengal and ors.“

কলকাতা হাইকোর্ট WBSSC-কে 24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে ‘অবৈধভাবে’ নিয়োগকৃত নবম ও দ্বাদশ শ্রেণির শিক্ষকদের তালিকা প্রকাশ করার নির্দেশ দিয়েছে। বিচারপতি অভিজিৎ গঙ্গোপাধ্যায় হাইকোর্টের রায়ের বিরুদ্ধে ক্রমাগত সুপ্রিম কোর্টে আপিল করার জন্য রাজ্যের সমালোচনা করেছেন। 2016 সালে, 13,000 নবম- এবং দশম-শ্রেণির শিক্ষক নিয়োগ করা হয়েছিল। নিয়োগে ব্যাপক অনিয়মের অভিযোগ রয়েছে। অভিযোগ ওঠে কলকাতা হাইকোর্টে।
এই ক্ষেত্রে, WBSSC 183+80 জনের বিষয়ে আদালতকে সতর্ক করেছিল যারা মেধা তালিকায় কম স্কোর করা সত্ত্বেও সুপারিশ করা হয়েছিল। বিচারপতি গঙ্গোপাধ্যায় ডব্লিউবিএসএসসি-কে একটি তালিকা দেওয়ার নির্দেশ দিয়েছিলেন এবং জিজ্ঞাসা করেছিলেন যে 183 জনের বিরুদ্ধে কী পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হয়েছে। কমিশন সেই ১৮৩+80 জন প্রার্থীদের তালিকা প্রকাশ করেছে।
