Kolkata Police DEO Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: To be eligible for the Data Entry Operator post in Kolkata Police, candidates must have completed graduation and possess a certificate in computer applications. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic internet applications is required.
- Graduation with a Certificate in Computer Applications for candidates from general disciplines like Arts, Science, and Commerce.
- Technical qualifications like a computer certificate are optional for candidates with a Graduation in Information Technology, B.Sc. in Computer Science, B.C.A., M.C.A., B.E., or B.Tech in Information Technology/Computer Science.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens and permanent residents of West Bengal.
