The West Bengal PSC has conducted the written descriptive type Mains exam from 27th to 31st August 2021. Now, as the result for the Prelims 2021 has been announced, the commission will not delay releasing the result for Mains 2020. The examination result is expected to come out in the month of March. - After that, open the “W.B.C.S Result 2021 Preliminary Exam” link from the list of the recently declared results.
- Then, enter your enrolment number.
- If you have forgotten your roll no, then you can search your result by entering your name and date of birth.
- Click on the “Submit” button to generate the result and check the marks obtained in the written exam.

The result has been released on 3rd February 2022.
As the vacancy is never declared for BCS by the WBPSC, the number of shortlisted candidates can not be said. Every year, the number of persons shortlisted for WBCS mains is different.
The WBCS cut off marks for UR category may be around 110.
