Unemployed youths can take benefit from the scheme by purchasing small commercial vehicles. As per the scheme documents, 0.80 lakh or 10% of On-Road Price of Vehicle will be given to the beneficiary.

- Visit the official Mumkin Scheme J&K website – www.missionyouthjk.in.
- Check the “Mumkin Scheme” guidelines and eligibility.
- Then, click on “Apply Now” button as shown in the image:
- Enter the required details such as Login ID, Password and Captcha Code. Then, click on submit button.
- After that, click on the “Mumkin Scheme Online Application” link.
- Enter your details in the application form and upload the relevant documents.
- Click on the submit button.
- The system will display your registration status.
Your application receipt will be mailed to your email ID.
Eligibility Criteria
Unemployed youth of J&K Can apply for the Scheme. There is no other criteria for registration. However, check out the JK E-Services portal for your eligibility status.
Mumkin Scheme Vehicle List
Small Sized Commercial Vehicles can be purchased under the scheme. There are basically three types of vehicle which are eligible for the scheme:
- Load Carrier Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV),
- Passenger Carrier Vehicle &
- E-Rickshaws.
There are 5 manufacturers at present which tied up with the Mission Youth J&K and they are:
