ভবিষ্যত ক্রেডিট কার্ড প্রকল্পের লক্ষ্য হল পশ্চিমবঙ্গের যুবকদেরকে স্বল্প সুদে ঋণের সুযোগ দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে ব্যবসায়িক দক্ষতার সাথে সাহায্য করা। পরিবর্তে, এটি তরুণদের জন্য তাদের নিজস্ব ব্যবসা শুরু করা সহজ করবে, যা শহর ও গ্রামীণ উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই কর্মসংস্থান এবং সম্পদ তৈরি করে রাজ্যের অর্থনীতিকে চাঙ্গা করবে।
পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বেকার যুবক অথবা ব্যবসার সাথে যারা যুক্ত রয়েছে তারা এই লোনের মাধ্যমে ব্যবসায় উন্নতি করতে পারবে। আবেদনকারীর বয়স ১৮ থেকে ৪৫ এর মধ্যে হতে হবে এবং আবেদনকারীকে ১০ বছর ধরে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে। এই প্রকল্প অনুযায়ী সর্বোচ্চ 5 লাখ টাকা পর্যন্ত লোন দেওয়া হবে।

The West Bengal government launched the Bhabishyat Credit Card Scheme on 1st April 2023 to provide financial assistance to people in the state. The scheme aims to provide a credit card to eligible beneficiaries that will enable them to avail of loans for various purposes, including starting a new business, expanding an existing one, or meeting any other financial requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have the following criteria to apply for the Bhabishyat Credit Card Scheme:

Bhabishyat Credit Card Application Form – Apply Online @ bccs.wb.gov.in
To apply for the Bhabishyat Credit Card, eligible applicants can visit the official website www.bccs.wb.gov.in and fill out the online application form. Offline Application Form is also available at Duare Sarkar Camp. The steps to fill up online application form are provided below:
- At first, go to the official website www.bccs.wb.gov.in.
- Now, Click on the “Login” button at the top of the Homepage.
- After that, click on the “Click Here to Register” link. A user registration input form will appear.
- Next, you need to enter details such as Name, Email ID, Mobile Number and click on the “Register” button.
- Then OTP will be sent in your mobile number which is required to be submitted to verify the mobile number and complete the registration process.

FAQs
Any entrepreneur or businessperson who are within 18-45 age limit and residing in the state of West Bengal for last 10 years, can apply for the Bhabishyat Credit Card Loan Scheme.
The interest rate of the Bhabishyat Credit Card will be decided by the Bank. Bank will provide Term loan and / or working capital loan / composite loan to the beneficiary.
The govt will provide 10% of the project cost with a ceiling of Rs. 25,000 in the form of margin money contribution.
