Depositors who have invested their money in Sahara Group of Cooperative Societies, had applied for refund through the Government’s portal www.mocrefund.crcs.gov.in. Investors now can check their Sahara India Refund Claim Status online at the CRCS Portal.

- Saharayan Universal Multipurpose Society Limited,
- Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited,
- Stars Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited, Hyderabad.

Sahara India Portal Refund Process
As per Govt. sources, Rs. 5,000 crore will be given back to investors in a transparent process. The investors must upload their documents which will be required to verify their refund claim. The documents need to be uploaded to the CRCS portal within prescribed date.
Post verification of these documents uploaded to the portal, the refund amount will be transferred directly to the depositor’s bank account. The verification of claims will be done by the Sahara Group of Co-operative Societies.
Your bank account must be linked with Aadhaar to receive the refund. The process may take 45 days at max.
How to check Refund Status of Sahara Refund Claim at mocrefund.crcs.gov.in?
- Go to the Sahara CRCS portal www.mocrefund.crcs.gov.in.
- Click on the “Investor Login” as shown in the image below:
- Now, login with your Aadhar number and Mobile Number linked with Aadhar:
- After successful login, you will be redirected to your Dashboard where you can check your Application Date, Status, Refund Claim Number and Order Copy Download option.
Deficiency Communicated in Sahara Refund Status
Have you received any message from Sahara saying the status as – “Deficiency Communicated“? Well, the meaning of Deficiency Communicated Status in Sahara Refund Application CRCS Portal is that, your uploaded documents might have not been matched with the Database available with the Sahara Cooperative Society.
You can check the more details about the Deficiency Communicated Error status in their portal which says: “आधार का पूरा नाम समिति द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए डेटाबेस / रिकॉर्ड से मिल नहीं खाता है, दावेदार जमा करता का विवरण सहारा समिति डेटाबेस में नहीं है या समिति का सदस्य नहीं है.“
To rectify the error, you must upload the proper documents and update your name with the Sahara Authorities through their agents or manager by visiting their office.
Sahara Refund Resubmit Application Form
Investors can re-submit their documents to the CRCS website in case you have received any documents deficiency error from Sahara Refund portal.
The Government has given the opportunity to the investors whose applications were rejected due to various reasons. You can re-apply for refund with proper documents within the due date.
