WB Krishok Bondhu Yojana 2023 was founded by Mamta Banerjee our Chief Minister where she took a step ahead in order to provide a amount of Rs 40000 per annum of land for farmers.

কৃষকরা যারা তাদের 1 একরের নিচে জমিতে ফসল চাষ করছেন তাহলে সরকার প্রতি বছর 4000 টাকা প্রদান করবে। পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার কৃষকদের জীবনের উন্নতির জন্য এই প্রকল্পের জন্য 1500 কোটি টাকা খরচ করেছে।
যদি কৃষকরা প্রদত্ত বয়সসীমা 60 বছরের মধ্যে মারা যায় তবে তাদের পরিবার মৃত্যুর সুবিধা হিসাবে 2,00,000 টাকা পাবে যা ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ পরিবারের জন্য সাহায্য হিসাবে কাজ করবে।

Krishak Bandhu Scheme was founded by West Bengal Chief Minister in order to support farmers financially which gives them financial support and better life. Chief Minister of West Bengal has now came up with an idea to re-launch this scheme.
Previously amount of Rs 5000 was provided to farmers per annum of land but now Government has decided to provide Rs 10,000 per annum of land to farmers.
The purpose of this scheme is to provide support and benefits go 68 lakh farmers all over West Bengal.
Krishak Bandhu Prokolpo Benefits
- Government of West Bengal will offer a amount of Rs 200000 as a life cover Insurance for every Farmers on the basis of the scheme.
- If there is a case like Unnatural death of farmers, if farmers died within a age limit of 60years then Government will provide a financial support for their family members as a death benefit.
- The crop cover Insurance of Rs 5000 will be given to beneficiaries in two Installment
- Family members will be provided a Insurance cover 15 days after the death of the farmers
- Government also provides a premium of Crop Insurance for the farmers
- Farmers will also be provided with Rs 5000 per acre in two installment one is in Kharif and other in Rabi Season
